Most orders, excluding wholesale, will ship within 24-48 hours, provided the product ordered is in stock.  Orders are not

processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday.  We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive or be held responsible

for any delivery times.  Consider any shipping or transit time only as an estimate. Expedited shipping means we will

ship your order USPS Priority instead of First Class.  Expedited shipping does not mean an order will leave our tacitly

any quicker than another. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or

product availability.

Hawaii, Alaska and other US territories. International orders are available. The following list is a list of countries that

we know will allow our products into the country: United States, Argentina, Austria, Belgium, Belize, Brazil, Bulgaria,

Chile, China, Colombia, Costa Rica, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, England, Estonia, Finland, France,

Georgia, Germany, Greece, Guam, Guatemala, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, India, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania,

Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Netherlands Antilles, Northern Ireland, Norway, Paraguay, Peru, Poland, Portugal,

Puerto Rico, Romania, Russia, Scotland, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, South Africa, Sweden, Switzerland, U.S. Virgin

Islands, United Kingdom, Uruguay, Wales. If you do not live in one of these countries, we cannot guarantee that the

package will make it, and ordering is done at the risk of the customer.

If the customer provides us with the wrong address, the customer is liable for all shipping charges or we will refund

order less all shipping chargers.

360 Marketing and Distribution preferred carrier is USPS, and all shipping will be completed through them unless

otherwise specified.

All ship times are counted in business days only and correspond with those of USPS, our preferred carrier. 360

Marketing and Distribution honors all holidays honored by our preferred carrier and follows a M-F work week.

Any missing products from an order must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to begin investigation.

All charges imposed by customs will be the responsibility of the customer.
